- 200 g frozen mango pieces
- 100 g Frozen Coconut Milk Cubes
- 80 g raw sugar
- 20 g freshly squeezed lemon juice, around 1/2 lemon

Recipe's preparation
1. Mill the raw sugar for 5 seconds speed 10.
2. Add the frozen fruit, coconut milk, lemon juice and egg white. Crush at speed 5 until the mixture no longer moves around the bowl.
3. Churn at speed 9 and stir with the tmx spatula through the hole in the lid for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
4. Serve immediately and freeze remainder in ice block moulds.

Tip
Make sure to plan ahead by freezing the fruit and coconut milk overnight or for at least 6 hours. If your mango is very ripe and mushy, cut into pieces and freeze in an ice cube tray.
