Pistachio and Cranberry Balls

  • 120 g pistachios
  • 100 g cranberries, dried
  • 300 g desicated coconut
  • 160 g macadamias
  • 100 g Raw Honey
  • extra desciated coconut for rolling

Recipe's preparation

    Pistachio and Cranberry Balls
  1. 1. Place Pistachios and Cranberries in Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 - 5 seconds / speed 5. Set aside

    2. Add desicated coconut, macadamias and honey and blitz for 40 - 50 seconds / speed 7.5. Scrape down sides

    3. Mix for another 20 - 30 seconds / speed 5.

    4. Add reserved pistachios and cranberries and mix for 10 seconds / Counter-clockwise operation speed 3.5

    5. Squeeze mixture into balls and roll in extra desicated coconut

    6. Store in the fridge

    these didnt bind well so i added 1/4 cup of water. they r my fave bliss balls now and ive tried many. thanks for posting.
