- 120 g pistachios
- 100 g cranberries, dried
- 300 g desicated coconut
- 160 g macadamias
- 100 g Raw Honey
- extra desciated coconut for rolling

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
1. Place Pistachios and Cranberries in Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 - 5 seconds / speed 5. Set aside
2. Add desicated coconut, macadamias and honey and blitz for 40 - 50 seconds / speed 7.5. Scrape down sides
3. Mix for another 20 - 30 seconds / speed 5.
4. Add reserved pistachios and cranberries and mix for 10 seconds / speed 3.5
5. Squeeze mixture into balls and roll in extra desicated coconut
6. Store in the fridge
