- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 4 tablespoons almond butter
- 3 tablespoons Protein Powder, I use pea protein for dairy free
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Mix the ingredients for 10 seconds on speed 7
2. Roll in small balls and roll in spare coconut
3. Put in fridge for minimum of 1/2 an hour before enjoying

Can use other sweeteners instead of honey if required, Can use whey based protein if required, though pea protein keeps it dairy free
