Ingredients

Quick Freezer Chocolate

  • 100 g tahini
  • 100 g cold pressed, coconut oil
  • 20 g Maple Syrup, pure
  • 20 g coconut nectar, or extra Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place coconut oil and tahini into the thermomix bowl and melt at 80 degrees/sp2/2 mins
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix 8 secs/sp 3
  3. Pour mixture into a silicone or lined baking tray (10 x 20cm)
  4. Place in the freezer for about 10-20 minutes until set
  5. Cut into bite sized chunks

Tip

These chocolates are best left in the freezer due to the high amount of coconut oil.
You can use your choice of liquid sweeteners in this recipe
Silicone ice cube trays would also work well
