Quick fruit sorbet (TM31)

  • 180 g sugar, adjust to taste
  • 1 lemon, flesh only, no white pith
  • 300 g fresh mixed fruit, cut into pieces as needed
  • 1000 g ice cubes

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill 15 sec/speed 10.
  2. Add lemon and fresh mixed fruit and chop 10 sec/speed 5.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend 1 min 30 sec/speed 9, with aid of spatula. Serve immediately.
