My first attempt at a cheesecake let alone a thermomix cheesecake :O. I have never been a fan of cheesecake but I think your recipe has converted me. Beautiful Love. The only change I made was to use alycealexandra's recipe for the base as I wanted to make a gf cheesecake. So proud of myself and I'm sure I'll be making this quite regularly for special occasions. Thanks for sharing.

Really simple and yummy. Kids couldn't get enough. I used Chocolate ripple biscuits for the base instead of scotch fingers and it added a richer flavour. I also didn't find a need for any more raspberries as garnish. But I had to leave it to set in the fridge for at least 4.5 hrs. Yum. Thanks.
