    Submitted by Jen_Cousens on 24. May 2015 - 14:09.

YUMMY! I added some more ice to thicken it up a little & took it for dessert to a friends BBQ and everyone LOVED it. I wasn't sure how it would be by serving time as I transport in a sealed container and popped in their freezer for a couple of hours.... but it still came out perfect! tmrc_emoticons.)

I put in a third of the amount of sugar in it and found the sorbet to be sweet enough for us! We have substaintially reduced the amount of sugar in our diets after doing the I quit sugar program.

    Submitted by Uta on 27. January 2014 - 23:18.

Used dates, 4 from memory, rather than the sugar and it worked well and tasted fine. If you are used to sugar in your diet you'd need more dates though.
