Ingredients

Raspberries, Avocado, Bananas, maple syrup

  • 3 Frozen Bananas, (Should be frozen with the skin off.)
  • 250 grams frozen raspberries
  • 1 Soft Avocado
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup (real)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into Thermomix bowl and process on speed 10 for 20 seconds. Scrape down sides and re process for 1 minute on Speed 10 and all ingredients well blended. You can serve this immediately or freeze for 2-3 hours then reprocess for 30 seconds and refreeze. Allow to soften for 10 min before serving, as icecream can be quite firm.

    Delicious! So smooth and creamy. My vegan friend said it was the best ice-cream he's ever had. Can't wait to try other flavours
