For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Place raw cashew into mixing bowl "Closed lid" and mill for 3 sec / speed 6, then set aside.
- Place the reminder of the ingredients in the mixing bowl "Closed lid" and process for 30 sec / speed 8
- Add milled cashews into mixing bowl "Closed lid" and mix for 10 sec / speed 7
- Press mixture into mini muffin moulds (silicone is easiest if you have them) and then place in freezer to set
- Remove from muffin moulds into a container and keep refridgerated or in the freezer for a healthy treat!
