      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    BASE
  1. 1, Line a 20cm baking tray with baking paper hanging over on 2 sides.

2, Place Cacao, Oil, Dates & 150g Cashews into mixing bowl and blitz for 20 seconds on speed 9.

3, Spread and press evenly into base of baking tray.  I use a BBQ Mate to really get it in firmly. Put in freezer.

  2. FILLING
  3. 1, Place Coconut, Syrup, Berries & remaining 150g Nuts into bowl and blend into smooth paste on speed 8 for 10 seconds.

2, Spread mixture evening into tray over base and place back into freezer to set.

    3, Rinse & Dry bowl.

  4. TOP
  5. 1, Add all topping ingrediants into bowl and heat for 3 minutes at 55 degrees on speed 1.5 until smooth and combined.

    2, Set aside to cool.

3, Once cool, remove baking tray from freezer and add topping to the slice and return to the freezer to set.

4, Once set use a warm knife to cut.

5, Keep in freezer or fridge (filling become softer) until serving.

    6, Enjoy (guilt free!) tmrc_emoticons.)

  • Delicious. but i have to double the chocolate...

Delicious. but i have to double the chocolate topping or it is not nearly enough. mine came out more as a chocolate swirl on top because i didnt have enough topping. I used the rice syrup and this is great as its not as sickly sweet as maple syrup.
loved the berry flavour. definitely on my list to make again as a regular

Oh dear.. I can already tell this is going to be amazing; I cannot stop eating the berry filling from the bowl, it's delicious!! Used almonds, frozen mixed berries and reduced rice malt syrup to 90g. Super easy recipe and cannot wait to eat the finished product. Thanks for sharing x

This recipe was so delicious the entire family gobbled this one up fairly quickly! Great for sweet tooths and families with severe food allergies! And it's chock full of pure health! I did make mine with cherries so it was like eating a cherry ripe bar  Love
