Raw Chocolate Nut Fudge

Raw Fudge

  • 100 g Raw nuts of choice
  • 180 grams Extra virgin Cocount oil
  • 2-3 tablespoon Raw Honey, to taste
  • 40 grams Raw Cacao

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add nuts to TM bowl and chop for  5-10 seconds speed 6 or until desired size is achieved.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix on counter-clockwise operation speed 4 for 10 seconds. Scrape down sides

  3. Mix for a further 30 seconds at counter-clockwise operation 4 until mix is smooth.

  4. Pour into a lined tin or moulds and refrigerate until set (approx 20 minutes). Store in fridge or freezer.

Tip

The consistency will vary depending on the temperature of your coconut oil. If the mix is not runny enough to pour into moulds heat in thermomix for 2 minutes at 37 degrees while mixing on Counter-clockwise operation speed 1-2.
