Redskin Fudge

  • 400 g white chocolate
  • 150 g Redskins, Broken into pieces
  • 90 g raw sugar
  • 50 g Butter
  • 75 g milk powder
  • 50 g water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grate Chocolate 2 x 200g batches for 10sec/spd10 MC on. Set aside.
  2. Add sugar, butter, water and milk powder. combine 5sec/spd5 MC on. Add broken redskin pieces.
  3. Cook 13 mins/90°/spd 3 MC off.
  4. Add grated chocolate 20 sec/ spd 5 MC on. Repeat if necessary until blended.
  5. Cook 8 min/90°/ spd 3 MC off.
  6. Set in a lined slice tin, then place in fridge until set.
    then cut into cubes.
