  • 2 x 200 grams Quality White Chocolate
  • 2 x 200 grams Quality Milk Chocolate
  • 100/200 grams Shredded coconut
  • 100/200 grams hazelnuts/almonds
  • 100 grams macadamia nuts
  • 2 tablespoon slivered almonds

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Prepare 2 large flat baking trays and line with baking paper. Randomly spread out the coconut, nuts, marshmallows, jellies, cranberries on baking paper. Break dark chocolate into pieces, place in bowl, blitz 5 sec on speed 6/7. scrape sides. Then melt Dark chocolate in Thermomix, 4 min 50C speed 2, or until melted and thick liquid. Pour in lines running up and down over other ingredients. Repeat blitzing process and melting process with Milk Chocolate and pour over ingredients. Repeat blitzing and melting process again with white Chocolate and pour over randomly. Place flat in fridge and allow to harden, when ready just break into bark pieces.

Tip

You can mix up the ingredients to your tastes. Of course you can also just do one kind of chocolate, but it does look very pretty with 3 kinds. Can also be made well ahead of your party and just kept in an airtight container in the frige... will probably need a padlock on it or it may dissappear!
