    Absolutely Delicious!!

I left out the golden syrup and the glucose and added an extra half block of chocolate and it turned out so creamy, delicious and amazing. Will definitely be making this again. Thanks for a great recipe Cassie tmrc_emoticons.)

  • This has an amazing caramel

    Submitted by MrsQ on 5. November 2016 - 00:15.

This has an amazing caramel flavour, mine didn't set like a fudge or look like your picture though. It was more of a firm caramel consistency. I think it may have needed more chocolate. I added 220g of white choc buds as presumed that's how much the block would be. Next time I'll add more so it sets and holds its shape when cut. Yummy recipe thanks!
