Sarah's Mint Patties

  • 90 g condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint essences
  • 300 g icing sugar
  • 20 g coconut oil
  • 300 g Dark or Milk Chocolate

Recipe's preparation

    how to make
  1. Add 90g Condensed Milk to mixing bowl.
    Add 3 drops peppermint oil, or 1/2 teaspoon peppermint essences
    Add 300g Icing Sugar, place measuring cup/lid on.
    GO TO DOUGH MODE, 90 Sec
    Tip Dough onto bread mate, and roll out, cut in to round, if dough is super sticky, pop in fridge to firm up, sit aside while you melt the chocolate
    CLEAN AND DRY BOWL
    Add 20g Coconut Oil
    Add 300g Dark or Milk Chocolate, place measuring cup/lid on bowl
    5 min/60°C/speed 2
    Dip cut shapes in to melted chocolate, allow to set completely before enjoying.
    Store in fridge till ready to eat.

Tip

you can replace peppermint essence with peppermint oil 3 drops.
