If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven 180°C
Add butter to the bowl "Closed lid" and melt butter 3 mins 60 seconds speed 1 "Gentle stir setting" if not melted repeat for 30 seconds - than transfer to well greased baking dish or bread tin.
- Rinse bowl "Closed lid"
- Add water to bowl "Closed lid" and boil 4 minutes 100°C speed .5 "Gentle stir setting" without measuring cup
- Carefully pour the sauce over a spatula over the pudding mixture
- place in the oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes
- allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes and serve with a spoon
