      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

I substituted cacao for cocoa and I Love that it is a healthy snack. However mine did not bind together very well, cutiing it made it crumble, what did I do wrong? Love the taste all the same, I may try more coconut oil next time.

Edited to add: these a are definite hit with the kids and husband, they keep requesting them.  And so quick to make!

Hi, I really like the look of this recipe but wondering if you can suggest what I can substitute for the nuts as my children are unable to take nut products to school.

  • Yummy! Will be making this

    Submitted by Rachamya on 25. January 2016 - 16:24.

Yummy! Will be making this one again- so quick and easy. Used a mix of seeds, nuts, coconut flakes and goji berries from my local wholefoods shop instead of the coconut and a few extra rice bubbles. Would be delicious rolled into balls and coated in coconut/nuts/sprinkles/cacao/crushed rice bubbles too.
