  • Didnt work for me ......

    Didnt work for me ...

I cut pear into larger pieces as they were very ripe & juicy. I probably should have cut back on water as it turned out VERY runny..

I replaced sugar with Xylitol & had NO issues with boiling over - has a nice taste

Forget this recipe for TM5 - will boil over after 8 minutes - ends up a purée as well.

  • Works well with apples also

    Submitted by MelsyY on 4. December 2016 - 20:48.

Works well with apples also and in both of my tries I have added frozen berries (approx 1 cup) instead of sugar and it has been lovely (I went 15 mins at 2.5 and then puréed at speed 7 at the end for mine also as I wanted it for my daughter as purée) thankyou for posting this!

very nice. I did use pears that were quite overripe which resulted in a pear "sauce" but my toddler didnt mind one little bit tmrc_emoticons.)
