Stewed Rhubarb

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

  • 500 grams 2cm pieces rhubarb
  • 120 grams orange juice
  • 120 grams cane sugar

Recipe's preparation

    Cooking
  1. Wash rhubarb and cut it into 2 cm pieces

    Add all ingredients to the TM bowl

    cook 4 minutes @ 100 degreess on reverse/spoon 

    cook 4 minutes @ 90 degrees on reverse/spoon

    Used just rhubarb, small amount of water (50g) and sugar. Also took off soft spoon second cook, to purée more. Was delicious.

  • Great recipe, worked really

    Great recipe, worked really well. I replaced the juice with 2 peeled oranges and I didn't use reverse as I wanted it thicker but more puréed. Then made it into a crumble using another rc recipe.
