Recipe's preparation
Wash rhubarb and cut it into 2 cm pieces
Add all ingredients to the TM bowl
cook 4 minutes @ 100 degreess on reverse/spoon
cook 4 minutes @ 90 degrees on reverse/spoon

Used just rhubarb, small amount of water (50g) and sugar. Also took off soft spoon second cook, to purée more. Was delicious.
I'd recommend peeling the orange and blending it...
I'd recommend peeling the orange and blending it at speed 10 to get fine zest.
Great recipe, worked really
Great recipe, worked really well. I replaced the juice with 2 peeled oranges and I didn't use reverse as I wanted it thicker but more puréed. Then made it into a crumble using another rc recipe.
