Sticky Caramel Cashew 'ice cream'

Ingredients

2 portion(s)

  • 150 g cashews,raw
  • 1 frozen banana chopped
  • 1 tbsp Maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cacao nibs

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add cashews to bowl, process 19 secs / sp 9

  2. Add maca and vanilla powder - process 3 sec/sp 5

  3. Add frozen banana - 26 sec/sp 9-10

  4. sprinkle over cacao nibs - 5 sec/Counter-clockwise operation/sp 2-3

  5. Serve immediately

Tip

This is my current experimental recipe - I think I will add some coconut cream next time. Possibly frozen. 

Beware  - it's very rich!
