hi, it says in the recipe after you insert the butterfly whisk, to put lid on and place the basket on top therefore don't use the measuring cup. Hope this helps

This is absolutely beautiful. A sprinkle of grated chocolate and you have a very special and light dessert.

  • Oh boy, was I surprised when I lifted off the lid!...

    Submitted by SusieQM56 on 6. September 2021 - 14:16.

Oh boy, was I surprised when I lifted off the lid! The mixture was so light & fluffy! What a way to use up 2 punnets of strawberries for a total of only $3.00. As there's only me, I'm freezing it for ice-cream, so will see how that turns out tonight.

I was recommended this recipe but really confused. How much is a punnet of strawberries ? Also, it says add insert butterfly and insert basket. I don't think the two together is possible ? Or am I missing something.

  • Very fluffy and tangy though

    Submitted by Maida on 2. September 2015 - 21:15.

Very fluffy and tangy though I only used 100g sugar and still found it sweet. I think I will like it better when frozen or a little colder . I will try it again after refrigeration.

I mixed the the frozen fluff with some natural yoghurt and had it with sliced banana and strawberries and it was delicious. It was definitely worth freezing.  Love

Frozen and mixed with a little yoghurt , it it is perfect. I could eat this every night. Thanks so much for sharing.

Yum, very nice, but very sweet, I used 120 grams of sugar and would use 100g next time. I froze some of it, and it turns out better when frozen tmrc_emoticons.)
