  • 1 can Can Coconut Cream (400mls)
  • 30 g cacao powder
  • 35 g chia seeds
  • 100 g Rice malt syrup

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into the TM bowl. Mix for 10 seconds at speed 4, then scrape down sides of the bowl. Mix again for 8 seconds at speed 4.

  2. Pour the mousse into 4 individual size bowls or ramekins, or into one large bowl to be served from. Place in fridge for at least an hour before serving.

Tip

Sprinkle with desiccated coconut or grated chocolate or berries of choice for garnish.
