Superfood Protein Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

1 g

230 g Coconut water

  • 40 g Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 10 g kale leaves
  • 40 g frozen banana in chunks
  • 50 g mixed frozen berries, Approx full MC
  • 30 g pea protein powder, Natural
  • 2 heaped teaspoon Cacao Organic, Powder
  • 1 heaped teaspoon Acia Powder
  • 1 heaped teaspoon super greens powder, Healthy Chef
  • 1 heaped teaspoon Maca powder, Nutra Organics
  • 1 pinch probiotic powder
  • 30 g chia seeds, Organic

Recipe's preparation

    Freeze Bananas before hand
  1. Add all ingediants except Chia seeds into bowl


    1 minute Closed lidspeed 9


    Add Chia seeds 


    30seccounter-clockwise operationspeed 4 


    Scrap down 


    Pour out into two small glass dishes. Place in fridge to set


    Add any toppings of your choice e.g 


    Ice cream, Nuts, Goji berries, yoghurt, passionfruit,

Tip

Remember before making this recipie it would be good to peel and cut up a banana into about 4 pieces and freeze it in a sealed container.

If you like this pudding sweeter you could add coconut sugar or stevia.
