Tim Tam / Mint Slice Balls

Ingredients

Tim Tam Coconut Chunks

  • 2 packets of double coated tim tams
  • 250g block of philladelphia cream cheese
  • shredded coconut for rolling

Mint Slice Slammers

  • 2 packets of mint slice biscuits
  • 250g block of philladelphia cream cheese
  • cocoa powder for rolling

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place 2 packets of your chosen biscuit in TM bowl Closed lid


    Grind speed 7, 5-10 seconds until ground to your liking.


    Add cream cheese, room temperature, roughly chopped.


    Mix speed 5, until all combined.


    Place mixture in the refrigerator to cool.


    Scoop and roll into balls. Roll and coat in coconut or cocoa powder.


    Allow to set in the refrigerator for an hour or two. If you can wait that long.

Tip

You could even melt some dark chocolate and drizzle over the top for a different texture.

    I tried it with white chocolate tim tams - yum! 

    Can also dip in melted chocolate and put on a stick for a "cake pop" style treat.
