Recipe's preparation
Place Coconut in thermomix toast for 5min 80o speed 1 mc off, put aside.
clean and dry mixing bowl or leave to cool completely.
Chop turkish delight 6sec speed 10, set aside.
Place dark chocolate (broken into squares) and cream in bowl melt 4min 50o speed 1 (stir 1/2 way) or until chocolate is completely melted.
Add Coconut & Turkish Delight to bowl, combine 30sec speed stir.
Pour into lined slice tray or silicone slice tray and spread as evenly as possible.
Put in freezer for 1 hour.
Remove from freezer and cut into 40 even squares, push each square into a ball and place onto lined oven tray. (This can be a little bit of a pain) Once all done place in freezer on tray for 10 min.
While balls are in freezer melt milk chocolate (broken into squares) 6min 50o speed 1 (stir 1/2 way) or until completely melted. Pour into smallest microwave safe bowl you can fit it in.
Remove truffles from freezer and put in chocolate 1 by 1 coating completely, scoop out with fork and tap fork on side of bowl to remove excess chocolate, gentely push truffle off fork with a blunt knife back onto lined oven tray. (This has to be done fairly quickly so chocolate in bowl does not start to set, if it is starting to set pop in microwave for 20sec to melt again)
Once all completed you can squiggle remaining chocolate over truffles to make them look a little more fancy, this is totally up to you, you could also use white or dark chocolate for a different effect.
Leave to set on bench for 1/2 hour, once set refrigerate. Keep refrigerated once made. You could leave out for an hour or two but not in heat.
