Ingredients

1 litre(s)

Vanilla bean ice cream

  • 1 cans Condensed milk, or 1 portion from the cookidoo recipe
  • 1 level tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 600 --- thickened cream

Recipe's preparation

  1. Insert butterfly
    Add cream and vanilla and whip 40 seconds speed 4 until firm peaks form add more time if needed in 5 second lots
  2. Set time 1 minute speed 2.5 and gradually add condensed until combined and thick.
  3. Pour into freezable container and freeze for 4 hours

    Well it didn't look anything like the picture and I had to significantly extend all the timings. In the freezer now so will see howit turns out

    Mixture split. Probably would have worked if I had left it at soft peaks rather than "firm peaks" before adding the condensed milk.
