- 50 g rolled oats
- 60 g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 20 g chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 20 pitted dates
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 g water

Recipe's preparation
1. Place the Almonds & Oats into the bowl and mill 6 sec/sp8
2. Add your Vanilla Protein Powder, Chia & Cinnamon, mix 6 Sec/Sp4. Scrape down sides of bowl.
3. Add Dates and mix 10 sec/sp7, till combined.
4. Add in Vanilla Extract and Water and combine 10 sec/Sp7
5. Roll into balls and keep in fridge.

Use your favourite brand of Protein Powder - I have tried a few different types.
You can vary this recipe by using different dried fruit to give different flavour & texture.

So yummy. I omitted the dates and used rice malt syrup and cranberries. Also threw in some left over macadamia and cashews. Rolled in coconut. Thank you!

I used 25g of psyllium in place of the oats to make gf.
