      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    Custard
  1. Add all ingredients. 8 minutes/100 degrees/speed 3. 

  2. Blitz 20 seconds/speed 7

  3. Serve with fresh berries for tang!

    I have just made this now, it’s a very very runny consistancy, thicker than milk but def not custard. I’m hoping putting in fridge with thicken it up.
    cant wait to taste though
    edit: 4 hours later and still not thickened at all
