    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. You can wash the rice if you wish but I don’t.

  2. Place all the ingredients into the Thermomix bowl Closed lid.

  3. Cook 30 mins, 90 C, Counter-clockwise operationreverse, speed 1.5.

Tip

Serve with stewed fruits such as rhubarb, peaches, apple or pear for dessert, or sprinkle with brown sugar and serve for brunch.

 

I add some pure cream when serving – YUM!
