If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Line a deep tin with baking paper or spray a cupcake tin if you prefer individual cheesecakes.
- Add butter to bowl 2min. Temp 55. Speed "Gentle stir setting"
- Add Chocolate biscuits 7sec. Speed 4
- Empty biscuit mixture into tin and pack down evenly on the base and sides of the tin. Refrigerate.
Add water to bowl and turbo mode for 2sec. Rinse bowl. - Insert butterfly.
Add white chocolate to bowl and melt 4min. Temp 55. Speed "Gentle stir setting" - Add condensed milk, cream cheese and thickened cream 2min. Speed 3
- Dissolve gelatine powder in 1/4 cup boiling water and allow to slightly cool.
- Slowly add gelatine to cheesecake filling through lid while mixing 20sec. Speed 3.
- Pour filling mixture into prepared tin and refrigerate for 3hrs or until set. Decorate with fresh berries or shaved chocolate.
