Recipe's preparation
Place lime zest into mixing bowl and mill for 10 seconds, speed 9.
Add cream and heat for 4 minutes, 100C, speed 2.
Add basil and blend for 10 seconds, speed 6.
Add white chocolate and mix for 50 seconds, speed 2.
Add lime juice and mix for 10 seconds, speed 2.
Add butter and mix for 1 minute, speed 2.

Tip
Once you start this mixture don't stop cooking! The heat retained from the second step, will melt the butter and the chocolate.
