Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Process sugar for 10-15 seconds on Sp 9.
    2. Place the gelatine in a small bowl, pour over the milk and allow to stand for 2 - 3 minutes.
    3. Add the cream and vanilla to powdered sugar in bowl and cook at 90deg C for 9 minutes on Speed 3.
    4. Add the chocolate chips and cook at 90deg C for 1 minute on Speed 4.
    5. Add the gelatine mixtuure and continue to cook at 90deg C for 2 minutes on Speed 4.
    6. Divide the mixture evently between eight, 1/2 cup capacity dishes. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or until set.
