Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Quick & easy! Only had 360gm of white chocolate but it still turned out well. Might try what Adakat mentioned above next time with Choc ripple biscuits instead and drizzle of chocolate over the top. Used a 22cm springform pan (method doesn't mention size as far as I could see) and it worked perfectly.

Absolutely delicious and a hit with everyone
I added:
1tsp vanilla to the chocolate/cheese/raspberry mixture
I sprinkled with dessicated coconut before adding the rasperries to garnish
I used 1 x 180g block of milky bar plain white chocolate + 1 x 180g block of milky bar white choc with coconut flakes + 1 x 100g Lindor white chocolate.
