e.g. doughs

  • 500 g white chocolate
  • 30 g toasted coconut
  • 40 g rice bubbles, Puff wheats (for GF)
  • 120 g toasted macadamia nuts
  • 250 g Turkish delight, Roughly chopped
  • 250 g marshmallows

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add 400g chocolate into TM  bowl melt 3 mins 50 deg speed 2 or until all melted.

    Add all the other ingredient and combined 30 sec speed 2.

    Spread over a lined tray, pressing out evenly.  Tap tray/ tin on the bench to get out any air bubbles. 

    Add extra 100g of chocolate and melt, once melted drizzle over the rocky road and again tap tin the bench.

    Refridgerate unti set and cut into pieces.

Tip

This recpie I make in a lamington tin size, this makes it go further. However if you wanted it to be thicker  just put in a smaller tin.

You could use DARK OR MILK Choclate.
