  • 4 tablespoons blueberries, frozen
  • 1/2 avocado, OR 1 small banana
  • 40 grams Baby Spinach Leaves

  • 1 tablespoon Raw Honey

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

You can use any liquid of your choice .. eg: Almond Milk, Soy, Coconut Milk, Rice Milk or just filtered water.

To make an ACAI Bowl, omit the liquid.  It may need a small amount of liquid if the mixture is too thick, but it does need to be quite thick.  Pour into a bowl and top with CADA or muesli.
