3 tbsp Chocolate/Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract/Bean Paste
240 g thickened cream
395 g condensed milk

  TM 5
  
  If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
  For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
  
  Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

METHOD

Add Irish Whiskey to TM bowl. 250g for subtle, 300g for a decent kick or 350g for OMG!

Heat for 3mins/SP 1/ 37*C

Whilst the Whiskey is heating and stirring, add the Coffee and the Chocolate/Cocoa Powder and let it stir in well till it is combined well with the Whiskey.

Once Heating is complete, let the Whiskey mix stand until room temp (or when temperature is no longer visible on the screen).

Once cooled, add the Thickened Cream, Condensed Milk and Vanilla Extract/Bean Paste.

To combine all the ingredients, SLOWLEY increase the speed from 0 to 4 within 1 min. This will prevent the mixture from churning.

Empty the Bailey's contents in to a plastic or glass jug and refrigerate before drinking over ice.
