Slice Base
- 250 g Shortbread Biscuits, I baked a recipe from cookidoo
- 125 g Butter
- 130 g condensed milk, I used cookidoo recipe
- 50 g flaked almond
Coffee Icing
- 120 g caster sugar
- 3 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- flaked almonds, extra for sprinkle topping

- Mill caster sugar using manual mode for 120-160g caster sugar. Set aside in another bowl for icing preparation.
- Melt butter for 4 minutes 60 deg speed 2.
- Add biscuits and chop for 3 seconds on speed 5.
- Add condensed milk and almonds and mix for 5 seconds on speed 3.
- Grease and line a 30x20cm slice pan with baking paper.
- Add slice base mix to tin. Flatten and chill for 3 hours.
- Dissolve coffee in a small amount of boiling water. Add to icing sugar and stir until smooth.
- Top sloice base with icing. And sprinkle over extra flaked almonds. Chill until set and slice.
Store slice in fridge.
