"Boozy" Dalgona Coffee Whip

"Boozy" Dalgona Coffee Whip

  • 2 tablespoon instant granulated coffee
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, (you can add 2 Tbs but I used 1)
  • 1 tablespoon hot water, (boiling from the kettle)
  • 1 tablespoon kahlua

Recipe's preparation

    "Boozy" Dalgona Coffee Whip
  1. Interst the butterfly attachment onto the top of your blades.
  2. Now add the 2 Tablespoons of granulated coffee into the bowl (I used Moccona)
    Next add in the 1 Tablespoon of sugar (you can add 2Tbsif you want it sweeter).
    Then add the 1 Tablespoon of Boiling hot water and
    last add the 1 Tablespoon of Kahlua.
  3. Next turn your speed selctor to speed 4 and whip for 4-6 minutes or until nice and fluffy.
  4. Next grab a glass and pop some ice into it and 3/4 fill it with the milk of your choice

    This part is optional- I then added 1/2 a nip of Baileys and 1/2 a nip of Kahlua into the milk, then spoon the whipped coffee on top.
