Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the bowl and blend for 1 min at speed 9

Tip

Serve and sprinkle with a pinch of ground cinnamon. Double for a larger quantity.

    My kids loved this recipe for their breakfast shake. We would normally have honey but the dates were a nice change. thanks
