      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add 2 bananas cut in quarters

    Add 2 pears cored and cut in quarters (skin can be left on)

    Add a cup of frozen mangoes cubed

    Add water to 3/4 of the way up the fruit

    Add 2 drops of dōTERRA wild Orange essential oil

    Set time to 2mins 30secs speed 3 gradually working up to 10

Tip

If smoothie to thick just add more water and blitz for a few seconds.
