      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place dates in bowl and mix 3 sec, sp. 7-8
  2. Place all other ingredients in bowl and mix 30 secs, sp. 8.
  3. Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 5 days.

Tip

Sugar can be removed completely, pending taste.

Can be sprinkled with chia seeds, coconut flakes, or any desired garnish.

Cocoa can be measured pending taste. 

Dates can be omitted.
