Choc Peanut Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 --- frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 heaped tsp Nutella
  • 30 g rolled oats
  • 100 g almond milk (or preferred milk)

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to Closed lid.
  2. Mix for 10 seconds on speed 10.
  3. Scrape mixing bowl with spatula.
  4. Mix for 5 seconds on speed 10.
  5. Put into serving bowl and top with the chopped banana, chopped peanuts and a flake.
    Enjoy 😊
