Ingredients

Pudding

  • 2 egg whites
  • 45 g brown sugar, Lightly packed or 55g firmly packed
  • 60 g Butter
  • 60 g skim milk
  • 170 g banana, 2 medium ripe
  • 110 g Fruit Puree, Apple
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 225 g self-raising flour
  • 160 g brown sugar
  • 375 g water

Sauce

  • 160 g brown sugar, Lightly packed or 200g firmly packed
  • 375 g water

Recipe's preparation

    Pudding
  1. 1.Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced.

    2. Place 2 Egg Whites & 45g Brown Sugar Lightly packed or 55g Firmly packed into mixing bowl, 1 min speed 5.

    3. Add 60g Butter

    4. Add 60g Skim milk

    5. 1 minute/80°C/speed1

    6. Add 170g Banana Blend"Blend" 10 sec

    7. Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula

    8. Mix 110g Fruit Puree,Apple & 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda in seperate bowl then add to mixing bowl

    9. Add 225g Self-Raising Flour & stir through with spatula

    10. Place mixture into casserole dish & sprinkle 160g Brown sugar lightly packed or 200g firmly packed over top

    11. Pour 375g water over top

    12. Bake for 30-35 mins or until firm to touch in centre

    13. Let rest for 10 mins before serving
