Recipe's preparation
- Chill ingredients before starting
- Insert Butterfly whisk.
- Add all eggs and beat until frothy. 3 minutes / whisk / speed 4
- Add sugar, vanilla and nutmeg. 40 sec / whisk / speed 1
- Add cream.
- Add Rum and Brandy. 20 sec / whisk / speed 1
- Garnish with nutmeg
Will keep for 2 weeks in the fridge.

Tip
*Sustainable me adds the milk back into the cream, gives it a swirl and into the bowl it goes.
If a non-alcoholic is required, replace rum and brandy with1 Tablespoon each of rum/brandy essence; or simply the alcohol out.
