- 60 g raw suger, optional
- 4 Limes, skin and pith removed
- 8 sprigs mint, leaves only
- 700 g ice
- 300 g Malibu rum
- 40 g lemon juice

Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place sugar in bowl and mill 10 sec/sp 9.
Add limes & mint to bowl, blend 10 sec/sp 7.
Add ice and blend 30 sec/sp 9.
Add rest of ingredients and blend 10 sec/sp 9.
In stead of lemon juice you can use some coconut water to give it more of a coconut flavour.
