Recipe's preparation

  1. Place sugar in TM, mill 10 seconds/speed 9

    Add remaining ingredients. Warm for 10 mins/80 degrees/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 1

    Strain by placing steam basket in TM bowl and pouring out into glasses. Serve immediately.

    Delicious & Simple - Had brewing away while started eating Steamed Lamb & Veg. Lovely taste and newbie proof.

    Forgot to mill sugar and added less a lot later but still tasted great.

    Might cut orange slices in half next time as they got a bit caught around blade.

    I put the simmering basket in the bowl when finished and strained through the basket, worked well
