- 50 grams raw sugar
- 750 grams red wine, (shiraz or cab merlot work well)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 orange, sliced
- 6 whole cloves

Recipe's preparation
Place sugar in TM, mill 10 seconds/speed 9
Add remaining ingredients. Warm for 10 mins/80 degrees/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
Strain by placing steam basket in TM bowl and pouring out into glasses. Serve immediately.

Delicious & Simple - Had brewing away while started eating Steamed Lamb & Veg. Lovely taste and newbie proof.
Forgot to mill sugar and added less a lot later but still tasted great.
Might cut orange slices in half next time as they got a bit caught around blade.
