Green Food Blast

  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/4 zucchini
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Pineapple
  • 1 Handful of Kale
  • 1 Handful of spinach
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Maca powder
  • 1 cup of Unsweetened Coconut Water

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients and mix for 15 seconds on speed 9. 

    Add water if required for thinner consistency and mix again
