- 50 grams ice cubes
- 1/2 cucumber sliced
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- 1/2 green apple
- 1 teaspoon green powder
- 1 stick Celery
- 1 knob fresh ginger & turmeric
- 250 grams coconut water
- 1 bunch Spinach Leaves
- 1 Sml bunch Kale

Place all ingredients into TM bowl, Ice first and blend 1min/speed 9.
