  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut in 4
  • 1 green capsicum, deseeded and quartered
  • 80-100 g Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 1 stalks celery stalk, cut into 4
  • 1 green apple, cored and cut in quarters

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Lebanese cucumber, capsicum, spinach leaves, celery, green apple, kiwi fruit, ice cubes and water into mixing bowl and blend 1 min/speed 9. Serve immediately.

Tip

This is one of the lower carb green smoothie. Makes 4 small serves or i split this over two days as i love it.
You can add some kale or use zucchini instead of cucumber.
