- 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut in 4
- 1 green capsicum, deseeded and quartered
- 80-100 g Fresh Baby Spinach
- 1 stalks celery stalk, cut into 4
- 1 green apple, cored and cut in quarters

- 250 g ice cubes

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Place Lebanese cucumber, capsicum, spinach leaves, celery, green apple, kiwi fruit, ice cubes and water into mixing bowl and blend 1 min/speed 9. Serve immediately.

Tip
This is one of the lower carb green smoothie. Makes 4 small serves or i split this over two days as i love it.
You can add some kale or use zucchini instead of cucumber.
