Ingredients

Healthy kick start

  • 8 cubes ice
  • 100ml coconut water
  • 1 handful kale, raw
  • 1 handful baby spinach, fresh
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 handful Frozen Mixed Berries

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in thermomix and blend at level 10 for 40 to 60 seconds. 


    Pour into a glass and drink. Very high in Antioxidants and Chlorophyll from the dark leafy greens.

Tip

Can replace with any dark leafy greens and use water instead of coconut water.
